When Mike Hill answered the call to ministry in 1985, he didn't know it would become a forty-year journey walking alongside couples in some of the most painful and pivotal seasons of their lives. He did know one thing: marriages were under attack — and they needed someone willing to fight for them.
Together, Mike and Marsha have built a life and a ministry on the unshakeable conviction that a strong marriage is not an accident. This August, they celebrate 50 years of marriage — not because the road was always easy, but because they chose, again and again, to armor up together.
For over 13 years, Mike has led the re|engage ministry — a powerful program designed to help struggling couples find their way back to each other and back to God. Across hundreds of couples and decades of ministry, one pattern has become undeniably clear: most marriages don't fall apart because the love is gone. They fall apart because the biblical foundation was never fully built — or quietly abandoned along the way.
